The roles involve a number of core responsibilities:
- Project planning and management using agile methodologies
- Outlining and documenting external business processes using industry proven consulting methods
- Constructing functional specifications based on business process for project oversight
- Testing planning and coordination, tracking and reporting
Skills required:
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong analytical and systematic approach to projects - from top level to task level
- Experience in finance - especially around portfolio construction, strategy design, investment management
- Excellent organisational skills
- Relish the challenge of working in a dynamic, exciting and fast-paced environment
- Minimum language skills include written and spoken fluency in English. Fluency in German and/or French a plus.
- Team spirit, positive, self-starting attitude, resourcefulness
Other Requirements:
- Travel to client offices in Continental Europe may be required
